TWG Tea Salon & Boutique and Little Wonton

Recently it seems like my lifestyle blog has became like a mini food blog. I've been trying out all different food, you can have a look at other food-related posts at here:

It is always good to have companion when you hunt for good food. This time, I went to TWG Tea Salon & Boutique with Freda, on a beautiful Sunday for hi-tea catch up.

We have ordered the 1837 Tea Time Set, which consists of TWG Tea* from the extensive tea list, served hot or iced; choice of two freshly baked muffins or scones served with TWG Tea jelly and whipped cream or one patisserie from the trolley.

My Darjeeling tea.

The muffin is so fluffy and the scones tasted crispy at outside and soft inside!

I love eating the Tea jelly by its own without the whipped cream. The whipped cream is a little too milky for me.

Overall the atmosphere and tea setting were fine. But maybe not so privacy as you can feel people staring at you from the upper floors. I even get a little paranoid that people might throw things down. LOL.

When I have no companion for food, then I go alone, for something that I can even enjoy on my own. Heard once about Little Wonton at Jalan Telawi, Bangsar. Coincidentally I went to Bangsar to shopped for my stuffs, so I went and have a try.

Very oriental Chinese style restaurant.

The sauces corner.

Dry Charcoal Noodle in Spicy Thai with Seafood Tofu & Chicken. I hope it can served hot and spicy! Unlike its name, it doesn't spicy at all. Disappointed with the sauce and temperature of the dish, but love the charcoal noodle.

Thai Seafood fried wonton. Well, not much special on this. The best seller Mushroom Onion Cheese was sold out, maybe I should try that one next time.

Peach Lemon tea.

The menu of Little Wonton. Apparently I got my Wonton + Noodle for RM13, the set menu price. I still not dare to try the sweet wonton, maybe when I got companion for this then I will try. (coz' if is not nice, you can always force your companion to finish it! LOL)
